TERMS

rates are in CANADIAN DOLLARS
- All
room rates are quoted on single or double occupancy
- All
standard room are $10.00 for each additional person and executive
are $15.00
- All
rates are net rates
- Children
12 and under stay free
- We
require the first night's rent as a deposit
- We
accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Diners
- Cancellation must be received no later than 4:00 pm 2 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a 10 % cancellation fee. Cancellation made within 48 hours will be charged for the first night.
- There
is a 2% DMF, 4% ATL and 5% GST tax
